1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DealBridge Global website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The Site and our services

The Site provides general information about DealBridge Global and its services. Any professional services are delivered only under a separate written agreement (e.g., MSA/SOW).

3. No professional, clinical, or regulatory services via the Site

The Site does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, clinical sign-out, patient care, legal advice, or regulatory certification/accreditation services.

4. Vendor neutrality and conflicts of interest

DealBridge Global is vendor-neutral. We do not sell products through the Site and do not accept supplier commissions, reseller margins, or referral fees in connection with website activity. If a potential conflict of interest could arise in a contracted engagement, it will be disclosed in writing under the engagement agreement. Final procurement and selection decisions remain with the client.

5. Confidentiality and client materials (engagements)

Website use does not create a confidential relationship. Confidentiality obligations for projects are governed by an NDA and/or the applicable service agreement. If you submit information through the Site, you should avoid including highly sensitive data unless requested and protected under an agreement.

6. Permitted use and prohibited conduct

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with security/availability
  • Introduce malware or harmful code
  • Scrape, harvest, or copy Site content at scale without permission
  • Misrepresent affiliation with DealBridge Global

7. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, design elements, and trademarks) is owned by DealBridge Global or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealBridge Global will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability related to the Site will not exceed CAD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealBridge Global from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
